2. Nature of Services
NextplAi Coach provides online-only football coaching advice, analysis, and training guidance.
All feedback is:
Opinion-based
Educational in nature
Provided without supervision
Intended for personal development purposes only
Nothing provided constitutes medical advice, physical supervision, or a coach–player relationship.
3. Eligibility & Authority to Purchase
Services intended for use by children, must be under the supervision of a responsible adult.
By purchasing any NextplAi Coach service, the paying individual confirms that they are:
A parent or legal guardian of the child, or
An adult with explicit authority to act on the child’s behalf
- Are an adult purchasing for themselves, or another adult.
Children may not independently purchase services or submit content without adult consent.
4. Beta Services
Certain NextplAi Coach services may be offered as beta or test services.
During beta periods:
Features, delivery formats, feedback methods, or timelines may evolve
Services are provided on a best-efforts basis
By participating, users acknowledge the developmental nature of beta services and agree to reasonable flexibility.
5. Service-Specific Terms
5.1 Video Analysis & Development
Service Description:
Users may submit a video (maximum 5 minutes) for performance analysis and written development feedback provided by the NextplAi Coach team.
Nature of Feedback:
All feedback is opinion-based, educational in nature, and intended to support individual development. Feedback may vary between coaches and does not represent a definitive or guaranteed assessment.
User Responsibility:
Users are responsible for ensuring that submitted videos are clear, appropriate, accurately represent the intended skill, and are recorded in a safe environment.
Safety:
Any training or exercises undertaken as a result of feedback must be carried out safely and under appropriate adult supervision. NextplAi Ltd accepts no responsibility for injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use of feedback.
Data Retention:
Videos and associated correspondence are permanently deleted within 14 days of feedback delivery.
5.2 Home Training Support
Service Description:
Users may request guidance on supporting football training at home, including activity ideas, skill focus areas, and general development advice.
Guidance Only:
All advice provided is general in nature and does not account for individual medical conditions, physical limitations, or environmental factors.
Supervision & Responsibility:
Parents or guardians remain fully responsible for supervising all training activities, ensuring suitability, safety, and appropriate progression.
5.3 Position-Specific Guidance
Service Description:
Users may receive guidance relating to common positional expectations and development priorities (e.g. goalkeeper, defender, midfielder, forward).
Limitations:
Guidance reflects general positional principles and does not guarantee performance outcomes or suitability for a specific role, team, or level of play.
Use at Own Risk:
All application of guidance is at the discretion and risk of the user and supervising adult.
5.4 Physical Preparation & Recovery
Service Description:
Users may receive general guidance relating to warm-ups, cool-downs, recovery habits, and physical preparation appropriate to age groups.
Not Medical Advice:
This guidance does not constitute medical, physiotherapy, or injury-rehabilitation advice. Users should seek professional medical advice where appropriate.
Safety:
All activities must be undertaken responsibly and with appropriate supervision. NextplAi Ltd accepts no liability for injuries or adverse outcomes.
5.5 Parent & Guardian Support
Service Description:
NextplAi Coach may provide advice and guidance aimed at parents or guardians to support a child’s football development, learning environment, and training habits.
Responsibility:
Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for all decisions, supervision, and actions taken in relation to the child’s training and development.
Advisory Nature:
All guidance is opinion-based and intended to support informed decision-making, not to replace professional judgment.
5.6 Coach’s Choice
Service Description:
Coach’s Choice services allow the NextplAi coaching team to provide tailored feedback, guidance, or development focus areas based on professional judgment.
Flexibility:
The format, focus, and delivery of Coach’s Choice feedback may vary depending on the submission and coaching discretion.
No Guaranteed Outcomes:
As with all services, no specific performance improvements or outcomes are guaranteed.
Important Notes (apply to all Section 5 services)
All services are online-only
All advice is non-supervised and opinion-based
All training must be carried out safely and under adult supervision
No refunds are provided once feedback or guidance has been delivered
No service creates a coach–player, medical, or supervisory relationship
6. Video Handling & Safeguarding
NextplAi Ltd takes safeguarding and privacy seriously.
Videos are accessed only by NextplAi Ltd administrators and the assigned coach
Videos are never shared publicly or with third parties
Videos are used solely for performance feedback
Videos are permanently deleted within 14 days
Videos are not used for marketing or training without explicit additional consent
7. Data Protection & GDPR
NextplAi Ltd acts as a Data Controller under UK GDPR.
Personal data is collected solely to deliver services
Data is retained only for the minimum period required
Payment data is processed securely via third-party providers (including Stripe)
NextplAi Ltd does not store card or banking details

8. Safeguarding & Background Checks
Coaches providing feedback are required to meet safeguarding standards appropriate to their role, including background checks where applicable.
NextplAi Ltd does not provide live supervision or physical coaching.
9. No Guaranteed Outcomes
NextplAi Ltd does not guarantee:
Performance improvement
Injury prevention
Selection, progression, or development outcomes
Results depend on individual circumstances, effort, environment, and supervision.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextplAi Ltd shall not be liable for:
Injuries or accidents
Losses arising from use of advice
Decisions made by users or supervising adults
Indirect or consequential losses
All services are used entirely at the user’s own risk.
11. Confidentiality & Personal Use
All feedback, reports, emails, and materials are confidential and for personal use only.
Content may not be shared, resold, republished, or redistributed.
12. Electronic Communications
Electronic communications may carry inherent risks.
Users are responsible for virus checks. NextplAi Ltd accepts no liability for electronic transmission risks.
13. Payments & Fraud Protection
Payments are processed via secure third-party providers including Stripe.
NextplAi Ltd will never request banking or card details via email or message.
Users must report suspicious communications immediately.
14. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services
NextplAi Ltd reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services where content or behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, or inconsistent with safeguarding standards.
15. Environmental Notice
Users are encouraged not to print materials unless necessary.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Final reassurance
Nothing in these Terms creates a medical duty of care, supervisory obligation, or coach–player relationship. All services are advisory in nature.
