NextplAI is a UK-based football coaching feedback service. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our beta platform. You can contact us at info@nextplai.co.uk.
What data we collect
- Account information: parent/guardian name and email address
- Player profile: first name, age bracket, and position (no date of birth collected)
- Video clips submitted for coaching feedback
- Coaching questions submitted by the player
- Coaching reports generated in response
How we use your data
We use your data solely to provide the NextplAI coaching feedback service. Specifically:
- To process video submissions and generate coaching reports
- To send coaching feedback to the parent/guardian account
- To improve the accuracy and quality of our coaching tool — using aggregated, anonymised insights only, not your video footage
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to coaching feedback.
Video retention
Video clips submitted to NextplAI are deleted after your coaching report has been published and the retention period has elapsed — normally within 48 hours of publication. We do not retain footage beyond what is necessary to produce your report.
Children's data
NextplAI accounts are held by parents or guardians. We do not collect accounts directly from children. Player profiles contain only a first name, age bracket, and position — no date of birth, contact details, or other identifying information beyond what is necessary for coaching.

Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. During our beta period, video processing may use third-party AI infrastructure. All processing is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.
