Our commitment

NextplAI is committed to the safety and wellbeing of every child who uses our platform. We recognise that children have a right to be safe, and that anyone working with or for children has a responsibility to protect them.

How the platform works

NextplAI is designed with child safety at its core:

• All accounts are held by a parent or guardian — children do not create accounts directly
• No coaching feedback is sent to a child without a qualified coach reviewing and approving it first
• Video clips are deleted within 48 hours of the coaching report being completed
• No child's contact details are collected or stored
• Player profiles contain only a first name, age bracket, and position

Video content

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that any footage submitted contains only their own child, or that they have obtained the explicit consent of other children's parents or guardians before submitting footage in which other children appear.

We ask that submitted clips focus on football technique and do not include unnecessary personal or identifying information about children.

Coaches on the platform

Coaches who review submissions through NextplAI are responsible adults operating in a professional coaching capacity. No direct communication between coaches and children takes place through the platform — all feedback is delivered to the parent/guardian account.

If you have a safeguarding concern related to content submitted through NextplAI, or if you believe the platform has been misused in any way, please contact us immediately at info@nextplai.co.uk. We will respond within 24 hours.
